About Us

With over 15 years of combined experience Best Reps has devised solutions to achieve the highest execution rates and overall client satisfaction. Prior to its inception, the Best Reps team worked with many of the top agencies and organizations across the country from entry-level to Senior Management. Our members are qualified with a variety of corporate clients and Fortune 500 brands. Andre Allen

Andre Allen brings over 15 years of high level management experience in the music and entertainment industry where he built street teams and executed marketing campaigns for major corporations including NBC/Universal, Def Jam, Edmonds, Priority Records and more. During his tenure, he achieved numerous awards and Grammy nominations. Since co-founding Best Reps in 2010, he currently facilitates new client and talent acquisition, marketing and advertising, and event management for major brands including TGI Friday's, Grand Marnier, The Macallan, Autotrader, Hallmark, Patron, USA Television Network and more.

Jessica Oines

Jessica Oines brings over 10 years of combined experience in sales, marketing and promotional modeling to Best Reps. She received her degree in Marketing from Oral Roberts University and since has landed herself in Las Vegas enjoying the unique and vast opportunities to utilize her skills and expertise in the industry. Jessica has been working with Best Reps since its inception in multiple capacities and now manages multiple national accounts.

Sheri Scanlon

Sheri Scanlon brings over 10 years of combined experience in sales, marketing, and public relations to Best Reps. She received her degree in Communications from Robert Morris University where she was also Captain of the Women's Basketball Team. She has expanded her expertise with organizations such as the New York Yankees and Cushman & Wakefield. Sheri has been working with Best Reps since its inception and now manages multiple national accounts and strategic projects aimed at business development.

Molly Sito

Molly Sito brings over 13 years of experience in the promotional marketing industry to Best Reps. She graduated Cum Laude with her Bachelor of Business Administration/Marketing and her Bachelor of Science/Sports Sciences & Administration from Ohio University, where she was also a member of the Lady Bobcats Basketball Team. Former owner of We Shine LLC, a marketing and consulting company based in Chicago, IL, lending strategic consulting services to small businesses and start-ups, she now operates Best Reps Event Marketing & Staffing, headquartered in Las Vegas, NV, lending premium staffing and event management services to Fortune 500 companies nationwide.

Terms & Conditions

To ensure personal accountability, you cannot proceed to be booked by Best Reps without first acknowledging and agreeing to our Terms & Conditions and also e-signing our Independent Contractor Agreement.

You understand and agree that you are not an employee of, nor employed by Best Reps and acknowledge that you are responsible for your own taxes and insurance.

You understand and agree that by accepting opportunities from Best Reps that you are representing our clients and their national/international brands to the best of your ability. These terms supersede any emails or notices that you may receive that may seem contrary to these terms, always refer back to these terms if an issue arises.

You agree and understand our terms of payment. Payment will be issued, upon positive client review, no longer than 5 days after Best Reps receipt of the client's payment and issued to you in the form of a check or direct deposit through our payroll service, ADP. Best Reps will, however, make its best effort to pay you within 2 to 6 weeks following your event.

In the event of a cancelled event by our client, Best Reps will make its best effort to collect cancellation fees to compensate you for any lost booking, however, it is not guaranteed that we can recoup these cancellation fees on your behalf, but we will make our best effort to keep you protected from any cancellations.

Failure to perform your duties as agreed and expected will result in penalties and cancellation fees of $100 per day.

Such failures include, but are not inclusive to, are:

  1. Showing up at any time after call time has been established (1 minute after call time is late)
  2. Missing your confirmed shift without at least giving 48 hours of notice to a Best Reps staffing agent.
  3. Being physically or verbally combative with event participants or onsite managers
  4. Willful refusal to follow instructions
  5. Showing up to work intoxicated
  6. Stealing product or premium items
  7. Bad mouthing Best Reps and/or any agency representatives to our client and/or about our client
  8. Discussing anything regarding pay with anyone other than your Best Reps staffing agent is considered a breach of your contract with Best Reps and is subject to penalty. This includes not discussing rates, timeliness of payment or anything at all with other ambassadors in the field, team leads, project managers, clients, customers etc.
  9. Contacting the client directly for any reason without the consent of Best Reps is also considered a breach and subject to penalty. This includes contacting the client after an event has ended or contracting future work directly with the client outside of Best Reps etc.
  10. Performing your duties with anything less than the positive, outgoing attitude you were hired to bring to our events.

Failure to comply with some or all of these terms will result in the forfeiture of your previously agreed upon pay and eventual removal from our website.
